How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made by calling the OMC telephone number 01 4645501. If you need to make an appointment with a physician other than your own, ask the appointment secretary to schedule you with someone who is appropriate for your medical needs. If you need immediate care, you will be promptly scheduled. We will make every effort to provide all patients with timely and thorough medical treatment.

Can I consult a Doctor even if I don't have appointment or appointment is not available?

Yes - you can consult your doctor even without appointment but in that case you will be treated as "Walk-in Patient" and you may have to wait a little bit.

How do I reach Olaya Medical Center?

To reach us, call the OMC telephone number 01 4645501, they will make it easier for you to reach OLAYA MEDICAL CENTER directly. You can also check on our "Location and Direction" Tab to get location and Direction for Olaya Medical center.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment or need to reschedule, please notify the appropriate appointment desk well in advance at least 12 hours... Give the name of your physician and the date and time of your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment at that time.

How do I get my prescriptions refilled?

Please fix an appointment with your doctor for prescription refills before your prescription runs out. After the routine check up your doctor will prescribe you the needed medications and you can honor your prescriptions from our pharmacy.

What I will do in an emergency?

In an emergency, directly approach the emergency department of Olaya Medical Center and the doctor on duty will attend you and if needed will call your doctor.

How do I get a copy of my medical records?

Your medical record is confidential. Information will not be disclosed to anyone other than you or the authorized person designated by you. Although the medical record is the property of the Olaya Medical Center, you may request a copy free of charge.

What if the prescribed medicine is not available in your pharmacy?

If in case the prescribed medicine is not available in OMC pharmacy, you can get your medicine from other assigned pharmacy or you can purchase from any pharmacy and can reimburse within seven working days from OMC.

Where I will have to approach for the reimbursement of my Medicine.

You can approach the "Customer Service Department" directly and they will assist you all the way to get your reimbursement.

How can I check the status of my insurance approval?

The Nurse of the concerned doctor will immediately call you concerning any development regarding your approval, if you need any further assistance please feel free to call our "Customer Service Officers" during clinical hours.
